Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Bulin 47 AI Video (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or taking any other action on the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Current availability is shown in the creator and on the pricing page. When purchases or generation are unavailable, the Service displays a notice and prevents those actions. Buying credits does not automatically start a task.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. The generation service is intended only for photos of adults. You may use a photo only when you have the person's permission and all rights needed to upload it, process the person's likeness, and use the resulting video.

If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

What the Service Does

The Service generates a stylised video from one uploaded photo of one adult. The current standard configuration is a 10-second, 720p, 9:16 vertical MP4 clip with template audio. Your authorised photo guides the adult's appearance, while a fixed reference guides similar movement and scenery. Accepted photos are JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 8 MB that show one adult with a clear, front-facing face. Available settings, credit cost, and output specifications shown at confirmation are the terms for that task.

Your authorised photo and a motion reference derived from the supplied template are sent to the generation provider. The result can differ from the reference in movement, scenery and people in the background. The Service restores the template audio on delivery. Template footage and audio remain third-party material; this does not grant blanket music, likeness or other rights for every use.

AI generation is probabilistic. A result may contain visual or audio defects, identity drift, inaccurate hands or motion, or other differences from the reference photo. A clear photo can improve the input but does not guarantee an exact likeness, movement, or creative result. Review every output before using or publishing it.

The public site explains the output specification. The creator initially shows a supplied video labeled as a sample reference. It is not a result generated by this Service and does not establish the resolution, duration or audio of your future output. Personal results appear only for the private guest access or verified account that owns them; they are not displayed in a public gallery.

Sample Motion Reference

The hosted template is the public performance reference. A derived motion reference guides generation, and the template audio is restored on delivery. Viewing or using the Service does not grant a separate licence to its footage, likeness or audio. Rights remain with their respective owners. This independent Service has no affiliation with the artist.

You can pay, generate and download without creating an account or logging in. We create an internal guest ownership identifier and a revocable signed access key so single-video orders and private files remain linked to the same guest. This is separate from Stripe’s billing email; we do not automatically merge a guest purchase into an account with a matching email.

An essential HttpOnly, same-site cookie keeps guest access on this browser for up to 30 days. Save the private recovery link shown before checkout to restore access on another device or after clearing cookies. Its key is in the URL fragment, not a server query parameter. Anyone with the link can access the guest’s orders and videos; keep it confidential. The link is not emailed automatically, and losing both the link and cookie may prevent recovery. Recovery does not extend the 7-day video download window. The link has no scheduled expiry while its ownership record and signing key remain valid; revoked access is refused. Contact support about suspected disclosure, revocation or deletion.

Accounts and Security

Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. We may require email verification before generation, playback, or download.

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google. You can delete your account from account settings.

You may not sell, transfer, or share account access in a way that bypasses security, payment, or usage controls.

A direct USD 9.90 purchase buys one video, without topping up credits. After you authorize your adult photo and save the private recovery link, verified payment starts the frozen task automatically. If the photo has expired before payment completes, use My videos to upload a fresh authorized photo for the same paid order. A confirmed system failure leaves the order eligible for an explicit retry without another payment. Pending or unresolved tasks must not be retried as new paid tasks. Delivery consumes the order; a completed or expired delivered video does not grant another generation. An approved full refund prevents future use of the order. A private link restores access, not an expired download window.

Credits and One-Time Purchases

The Service sells direct single-video orders for USD 9.90 without login, alongside the original verified-account credit packs. It does not offer a subscription plan, signup credits, or a free generation trial. Current pack prices, included credits, and any promotion are displayed before checkout.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable right to request eligible services. They are not money, a bank balance, or a stored-value account; they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the account remains available, and deleting an account ends access to unused credits.

A standard 10-second clip made with an account pack uses 45 credits. Credits are service units, not a cash balance or an exchange rate. Current one-time packs are:

USD 9.90 for 1 video (45 credits);
USD 19.90 for 3 videos (135 credits); and
USD 29.90 for 5 videos (225 credits).

Packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, and purchased credits have no scheduled expiry while the account remains available. Check the pricing page and checkout for current availability and the applicable price.

The Service determines task cost on the server and shows it before you confirm. For an accepted account-pack task, the required credits are reserved. They are settled only after a qualifying output is delivered. If our system confirms the task failed without a qualifying output, the reserved credits are released once. A delayed, interrupted, or unknown provider response may remain under review while we determine whether the task ran; it is not automatically submitted again.

Dissatisfaction with an otherwise completed AI result is not the same as a confirmed system failure and does not automatically qualify for a credit return or cash refund. If you believe a delivery is corrupt, missing audio, technically invalid, or attached to the wrong task, contact us with the task ID.

Checkout, Refunds, and Payment Disputes

A third-party payment processor handles checkout. When checkout is available, you authorise the displayed one-time charge when you submit payment. Taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, or promotions may affect the final amount as shown during checkout. No recurring subscription or automatic top-up is created by a credit-pack purchase.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed credit pack purchases are final. Approved full refunds, chargebacks, reversals, or fraud findings may cancel the corresponding payment and revoke unused credits granted by that purchase. We may correct a credit balance or restrict an account when a refunded or disputed purchase has already been consumed.

You can contact us for help identifying an order and investigating a payment issue. This does not require you to give up or delay exercising a payment-dispute right. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Your Photos and Other Content

You retain any rights you already hold in photos and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to host, copy, transmit, validate, transform, and process that content only as needed to operate the requested generation, deliver the result, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. This licence allows us to send the specified photo and generation instructions to our video provider and to store the result for the retention period in our Privacy Policy.

This licence does not give us permission to publish your private photos or videos in marketing, a public gallery, or model training. We would request separate permission before using a private work as a public example.

You represent that your content and intended use do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights. Permission to possess a file is not necessarily permission to create or publish an AI video of the person shown.

Generated Output and Audio

As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not claim ownership of a video generated specifically for your account. Laws may not recognise exclusive rights in all AI-generated material, and similar or identical elements may be generated for others. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, protectable, or free of third-party rights.

The Service restores the supplied template audio onto the generated clip. AI edits can still be unpredictable. We do not grant rights to any person's likeness, name, trademark, venue, recording, composition, or other third-party material that may appear or be suggested. You are responsible for reviewing the output, securing any rights needed for your use, following platform disclosure and music rules, and labelling the content as AI-generated when required.

You must not present a generated clip as a real recording of any person, and you must respect the music and content rules of the platform where you post it.

Bulin 47 AI Video is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with Bulin 47, their management or their label. The supplied template uses existing footage and audio; the Service does not claim artist endorsement or blanket rights clearance.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

upload a photo of a minor, a public figure, or a person whose permission you do not have, or create sexual or exploitative content involving a minor;
use a person's photo or likeness without the required permission or rights;
create non-consensual intimate imagery, fabricated sexual depictions, harassment, defamation, threats, or discriminatory abuse;
impersonate someone for fraud, deception, political manipulation, or misleading endorsement;
violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other applicable law;
upload malware, evade access or payment controls, probe security, disrupt the Service, or attempt unauthorised access;
automate abusive volumes of requests, resell access without written permission, or reverse engineer protected parts of the Service; or
use an output in a way that conceals its synthetic nature where disclosure is required or a reasonable viewer would be materially misled.

Uploading a photo of a public figure, a minor, or a person whose permission you do not have is a breach of these Terms. We may reject an input, stop a task, remove content, preserve evidence, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect people and the Service.

Availability, Changes, and Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party providers for hosting, AI video generation, payments, identity sign-in, and email. We may change, pause, or discontinue a feature when needed for security, legal compliance, provider availability, quality, or cost control. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular generation time.

Provider links and services are governed by their own terms. A provider outage or policy change may affect the Service. We will not substitute a fake result for a failed paid generation.

Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse payment systems, threaten other users, or compromise Service security. Where practical, we will provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue, but urgent action may be immediate.

Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, ownership, licences already needed to complete retention or legal duties, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will survive.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that an output will match an identity, achieve a creative or commercial goal, be accepted by a platform, or be lawful for every intended use.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Service or an output. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase directly giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event.

These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protection.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, or risk. We will post the revised Terms and update the date above. If a material change applies to ongoing use, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
